Spirit Valhalla offers Viking-inspired accessories, symbolic designs and related products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, especially in handmade, custom or natural-material products.

Product images are for presentation purposes and may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, lighting or production process.

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Orders

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Spirit Valhalla reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, payment processing, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable reason.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the corresponding refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping

We ship physical products to the destinations shown at checkout. Shipping costs, available methods and delivery zones are displayed during the order process.

Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Spirit Valhalla is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information, shipping carriers, customs, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, where this right applies.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
  • Unused, undamaged, clean and in its original condition.
  • Complete, with all original components and packaging where applicable.
  • Not personalized, customized, engraved or made to order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Spirit Valhalla.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • Personalized items — customized with a name, message or personal detail.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces — created specifically for the customer.
  • Engraved items — engraved with a custom design, text or symbol.

This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

Digital Products

Digital products — including downloadable PDF books, guides and digital files — are not eligible for a refund once the download or access has begun, provided that:

  • The customer was clearly informed before purchase that the right of withdrawal is lost upon beginning the download.
  • The customer expressly acknowledged and accepted this condition at the time of purchase.

Where these conditions are met, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at spiritvalhalla.es@gmail.com

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will offer a repair, replacement, store credit or refund according to applicable law. Return shipping costs will be covered by Spirit Valhalla in these cases.

All content on this website — logos, images, text, designs, music-related material and visual identity — belongs to Spirit Valhalla or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
