You must not use this website for fraudulent activities, unlawful purposes, or any action that could harm Spirit Valhalla, its users or its services.

Spirit Valhalla offers Viking-inspired accessories, symbolic designs and related products through its online store.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, prices and availability as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, especially in handmade, custom or natural-material products.

Product images are for presentation purposes and may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, lighting or production process.

All prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email.

Spirit Valhalla reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error in pricing, product availability, payment processing, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable reason.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the corresponding refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

All Spirit Valhalla products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches. Orders may take 1–3 business days to be processed and prepared before shipment.

This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time. During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times

• Spain: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 4–8 business days
• United States: 10–20 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions, customs, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Spirit Valhalla is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

Returns work differently depending on the type of product and the reason for the return. The four cases below summarise the rules; the full conditions follow.

Statutory right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, where this right applies.

To be eligible for a return under the right of withdrawal, the item must be:

• Returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
• Unused, undamaged, clean and in its original condition.
• Complete, with all original components and packaging where applicable.
• Not personalized, customized, engraved or made to order (see section 09).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item sent by Spirit Valhalla.

The special rules in sections 09 to 11 must be read together with this statutory right of withdrawal. Nothing in them removes or limits a consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal where that right applies under applicable EU or Spanish consumer law.

Where the statutory exception applies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

• Personalized items — customized with a name, message or personal detail, or created to your specifications.
• Custom-made or made-to-order pieces — created or produced specifically for you.
• Engraved items — engraved with a custom design, text or symbol.
• Digital products — once access or download has begun, subject to the notice and express acknowledgement requirements described in section 10.

These exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.

If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.

Digital products — including downloadable PDF books, guides and digital files — are not eligible for a refund once the download or access has begun, provided that:

• The customer was clearly informed before purchase that the right of withdrawal is lost upon beginning the download or access.
• The customer expressly acknowledged and accepted this condition at the time of purchase.

Where these conditions are met, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible — and, where possible, within 14 days of receiving the order — at spiritvalhalla.es@gmail.com or through spiritvalhalla.shop/contact. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Please include

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the issue.

Where reasonably possible, keep the item unused, unworn and in its original condition.

Once reviewed, Spirit Valhalla will provide the remedy appropriate under applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or refund. Store credit may also be offered as an alternative if you prefer it.

Return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by Spirit Valhalla.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

Spirit Valhalla has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

All content on this website — logos, images, text, designs, music-related material and visual identity — belongs to Spirit Valhalla or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Spirit Valhalla is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We try to keep the website available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

We may update, modify, suspend or remove parts of the website when necessary.

Spirit Valhalla may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
