Spirit Valhalla Giveaway — Official Terms

1. Promoter / Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Spirit Valhalla, operated from Spain by the person or entity identified in the Legal Notice of spiritvalhalla.shop (“the Promoter”).

Official contact details are those published on spiritvalhalla.shop.

2. Prizes

There are two (2) prizes and two (2) different winners:

  • Prize 1: one (1) Spirit Valhalla Bracelet.
  • Prize 2: one (1) Spirit Valhalla Pendant.

Each winner will receive one prize only. The same person cannot win both prizes.

No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-transferable. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to persons aged 18 years or over who are legal residents of one of the following European Union Member States:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Eligibility is based on legal residence in an eligible European Union Member State. Being physically present in Europe is not sufficient.

Residents of countries outside the eligible list, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States and Canada, are not eligible to participate.

Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate household are not eligible.

Entries made by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be disqualified.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their participation is permitted under any mandatory rules applicable to them in their place of residence.

4. Entry Period

The giveaway opens on:

September 11, 2026 at 00:00

and closes on:

September 24, 2026 at 23:59

All times are based on the Europe/Madrid timezone.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must complete the official Spirit Valhalla giveaway form with:

  • First name
  • Valid email address
  • Country of residence
  • Acceptance of these Giveaway Terms
  • Acceptance of the Privacy Policy
  • Confirmation that they are 18 years of age or older

No purchase is necessary.

Making a purchase from Spirit Valhalla does not increase the chance of winning.

Any optional consent to receive marketing communications is separate from entry into the giveaway and is not required to participate.

6. One Entry Per Person

Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.

Duplicate entries may be automatically rejected or removed.

The Promoter reserves the right to remove entries that appear fraudulent, automated, duplicated or submitted using false information.

7. Winner Selection

Two different winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries on September 25, 2026, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.

The process will be:

  1. One winner is randomly selected for the Spirit Valhalla Bracelet.
  2. That winner is excluded from the second draw.
  3. A different winner is randomly selected for the Spirit Valhalla Pendant.

A single participant cannot win both prizes.

The planned public announcement date is September 26, 2026.

No winner’s email address, postal address or other private personal information will be published.

8. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with their entry.

The Promoter will normally attempt to contact each winner within 2 calendar days of the draw.

Each winner will have 7 calendar days from the first notification attempt to respond and provide the information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery.

Entrants are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address and for checking their inbox, including spam or junk folders.

9. Non-Response and Replacement Winners

If a selected winner:

  • does not respond within 7 calendar days,
  • cannot be contacted,
  • provides invalid information,
  • does not meet the eligibility requirements,
  • refuses the prize, or
  • is disqualified for breaching these Terms,

the Promoter may withdraw that winner’s entitlement to the prize and randomly select a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries.

A replacement winner cannot be the winner of the other prize or a participant who has already been disqualified.

10. Shipping

Standard prize shipping will be paid by the Promoter.

Prize delivery is limited to an eligible address within the European Union.

Winners must provide a complete and accurate shipping address after being contacted.

The Promoter aims to dispatch each prize within 14 calendar days after the winner has been confirmed and valid shipping information has been received.

The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal or courier services, incorrect addresses supplied by winners, or events outside its reasonable control.

Any exceptional local charges or taxes that may apply to particular territories remain subject to the rules applicable in that territory.

11. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal information submitted for this giveaway will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on spiritvalhalla.shop.

Personal data collected for the giveaway will be used only as necessary to:

  • administer the giveaway,
  • verify eligibility,
  • prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries,
  • select winners,
  • contact winners,
  • deliver prizes,
  • resolve disputes or complaints, and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

Participation in the giveaway does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.

Marketing communications will only be sent where separate and optional consent has been provided.

Personal data will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the administration of the giveaway and any applicable legal obligations.

12. Disqualification

The Promoter may disqualify an entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entry:

  • contains false or misleading information,
  • was submitted using automated systems or bots,
  • duplicates another entry,
  • originates from an ineligible country or resident,
  • attempts to manipulate the selection process, or
  • otherwise breaches these Terms.

13. Changes, Suspension and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or reasonably modify the giveaway if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any material change will be handled as fairly as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, communicated through Spirit Valhalla’s official channels.

14. Social Media Platforms

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Meta or any other social media platform.

Entrants provide their information to the Promoter and not to those platforms.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that the social media platforms mentioned above have no responsibility for the administration of this giveaway or the awarding of its prizes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and the giveaway are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply to eligible entrants under the laws of their country of residence.

Any dispute should first be submitted to the Promoter in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to participants under applicable law.

16. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Giveaway Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
