Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier conditions, customs, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control. Spirit Valhalla is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
All Spirit Valhalla products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches. Orders may take 1–3 business days to be processed and prepared before shipment.
This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time shown above. During high-demand periods or limited drops, processing may take slightly longer. We will always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Due to the handmade, limited and personal nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
To request a return, the following conditions must be met:
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- You provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Return shipping costs for damaged, defective or incorrect items will be covered by Spirit Valhalla.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made pieces created to your specifications.
- Engraved items with a custom design, text or symbol.
- Made-to-order products produced specifically for you.
- Digital products — including PDF books and downloadable files — once access or download has begun.
These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
Spirit Valhalla has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
